Return & Exchange Policy

At DOLLHAUSE Factory Beauty Supply, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of beauty and hair products, the following policy applies:

Returns & Exchange

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unopened, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on

Wigs
Braiding hair
Hair extensions
Opened hair products
Cosmetics
Lash products
Any item that has been used, opened, altered, or removed from its original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Online & Delivery Orders

Shipping fees and delivery fees are non-refundable.
DoorDash and third-party delivery orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for missing or incorrect items.

Final Sale

All clearance, sale, promotional, and discounted items are final sale.
